Wouldn't shot on the run combined with manyshot do this? Add in Greater Manyshot if you want precision damage too.

Shot on the Run requires you take the Attack action. Manyshot uses its own standard action to make its ranged attack; it does not use the Attack action, so the combination with Shot on the Run is not possible.

So yea, i dont see a problem, those feats certaintly wouldnt be overpowered.

That's why the scout needs:
1. The ability to fly, and
2. The flyby attack feat.
Easier said then done, I guess. ^_^

It probably wouldn't be broken to allow a feat which let you take any standard action during shot on the run.
