Can we crowdsource some name stuffs?

Psion is what will be used here, and ofc also used in the offiical 5E class, and that's fine. But I'd like to explore some other options, if for no other reason than my own content.

Disciple is what I'm using now. Mystic has been used before. What other names fit the class-story of a "psionic magician" style of character?

Just brainstorm'n names, as requested.

Though the obvious thing would be a class specializing in a psionic focus.

I think you should have included the option of NONE OF THE ABOVE. Make it it's own unique class with it's own mechanics and techniques.

I think that is why using the Monk's structure is a good idea.

The Monk is a big collection of powers fueled by points.

A Psion inspired by the Monk would look entirely different with a different set of powers.

The problem with basing a Psion on the Sorcerer or Warlock is that we already have those classes.

We don't need another full spellcaster.
