Bull Rush... Effective?

I have used Bull Rush effectively, especially in conjunction with domino rush where you push one opponent into another and have a chance to trip them, setting them up for sweeping strike (War Mind ability where you hit two adjacent squares simultaneously)

What Darth Malakh is probably doing, is to overrun his wizard-party-member as part of the charge.[/QUOTE]

I wish I could have done this. :sigh:
But I actually had to BR my...not-so-bright teammate out of the way (he blocked a door-way) for me in order to get into a legal charging position. but as i had to spend my action on clearing my path, i couldn't charge the BBEG for some well-deserved punishment.

Grudgefully yours :]

kjenks, I didn't say my DM doesn't allow a tactical move, he just doesn't think you should be allowed to move through a corridor filled with friendlies, even if they are friendly. It's not a tactical thing per se, but he thinks it violates the law of inpenetrability - there just isn't enough room for people to fit through. The corridor was probably about 5 or 6 feet wide, but we had 2 party members across in it.

These rules assume that combat takes place with each combatant in a 5 foot by 5 foot square.
Thus, you have plenty of room to pass by.

Since being bull rushed provokes AoO, have the bad guys set up in a position where they all threaten the defender and then bull rush him. Voila! Instant AoO for everyone. Rinse and repeat next round.
