Can 2+ feats be used on the same attack?

What about whirlwind attack coupled with a disarm attempt?

or

Whirlwind sundering of weapons?

I would have no problem with this as long as neither is normally a full round action and I don't think they are.

My opinion, which is currently an unpopular one, is that it makes sense when offensive abilities are used in the same round. It seems less "Sensible" when an offensive ability is used as the same time as a defensive ability.

As long as they don't take any time in themselves, you can combine as many feats as you like. Imagine Weapon Focus (2x), Weapon Specialization (2x) Improved Critical (2x), Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, Ambidexterity, Greater Two-Weapon fighting, Power Attack, Dodge. Would all be a big load of junk if it could not be used together.

The blind kobold is for Expert Tactitian, not GC.

Well, if you be a munchkin, then you better make it right! Therefore you should should contemplate no race but a half-red dragon/half-troll!

Ellen Kushner's excellent low-fantasy novel Swordspoint has a professional swordsman as the protagonist. He is infamous for his duelling skills: in each duel, he strikes exactly once, with exactly enough precision to win the duel, whether it's a duel to first blood or to the death.

He obviously fights with both expertise and power attack. :)

A better question...

How about combining Sunder and Power Attack?

For what its worth, when I am a DM, I allow that. Obviously, some actions are mutually exclusive (Disarm + Sunder).

Definsively reckless doesn't work for me.
Power Attack isn't reckless, otherwise it would use an AC penalty instead of a BAB penalty. More damage at the cost of accuracy could be any number of things - a powerful but easy-to-dodge blow, a called shot that aims for a vulnerable location, etc.

Why not? It's inefficient overkill (best to used Improved Sunder), but it should work. There's no reason why you can't aim a really hard swing at the wizard's hardened obdurium staff (or his dagger, but that's just silly).
