Can 2+ feats be used on the same attack?

Why not? It's inefficient overkill (best to used Improved Sunder), but it should work. There's no reason why you can't aim a really hard swing at the wizard's hardened obdurium staff (or his dagger, but that's just silly).

How about his spell component pouch?

If you feel you want to reduce your chance to hit so you can reduce his spell component pouch to its component atoms, go ahead.

The example was intended to illustrate the only situation I felt might require such...extreme...measures and had a reasonable chance of succeeding. If you're going for the pouch, you wouldn't need power attack to take it out.

Not always overkill

Actually, since Sunder is just an opposed attack roll, you may still beat your opponent when doing a hard power attack based on the other available bonuses (Strength, Weapon Enchantment). It also works out nicely when using True Strike. Dumping Bab into Power Attack makes it much more likely to break a sword or other metallic weapon.

Besides, not everyone buys the splat books, and Improved Sunder is not in the PHB.

How about combining Sunder and Power Attack?

For what its worth, when I am a DM, I allow that. Obviously, some actions are mutually exclusive (Disarm + Sunder).

Also, Power Attack is prereq for Sunder, so that also implies that they should work together
