Can anyone identify these maps?

Those Kingdoms of Kalamar maps are from the d20 campaign setting book. Notice the Dungeons & Dragons 3e logo?
It's not from the boxed set, pre-d20. Although, it shouldn't matter, as they're pretty much the same maps.

I missed the logo. They are just about identical to the boxed set.

I am about 95% sure that the big hommlet map came with dragon as well. I think there was some sort of cross-promotion when RttToEE was released.

The big hommlet map was only in Dragon, not RttToEE.

The Westeros map is, BTW, the map of the Seven Kingdoms from Song of Ice and Fire.
