Can anyone identify these maps?

I have these maps and I don't know what book or magazine they came from. Does anyone recognize these and can you tell me where they came from?

map1 & map2 - They are Kingdoms of Kalamar maps, but from which book?

map3 & map4 - upper right corner says it's by "Ron Shirtz"

map5 - Westeros

map6 - Hommlet

I figure these pics are too small for anyone to use so it should be ok posting them. If not I can put a watermark on them.

The non-Kalamar maps are from various Dragon magazines as pull-outs. For the life of me I dont know the issue numbers, but they are all definitely from Dragon as I have them myself somewhere lying around.

Yep. The non-Kalamar maps are from Dragon, but I also couldn't tell you which issues.

Thanks guys. The issue # isn't necessary. They don't have the Dragon logo so I wasn't sure if they were from the mags.

My guess would be that the Kalamar Maps are from the pre-d20 boxed set, but I don't know for sure...they could come from from d20 stuff as pull-outs or something, I suppose.

TRttToEE book has a smaller version of the Hommlet map attached inside. The larger map in my pic has a list of locations on the right side; which the smaller map in the module doesn't have. Did the module come with both a small & large Hommlet map?

I am here to confirm this. I own the boxed set, and that's them!

Those Kingdoms of Kalamar maps are from the d20 campaign setting book. Notice the Dungeons & Dragons 3e logo?
It's not from the boxed set, pre-d20. Although, it shouldn't matter, as they're pretty much the same maps.

I know you said the issue number didn't matter to you, but in case it matters to anyone else...

The only one I know for sure is the Westeros map - it was in Dragon #307.
