Sorry to ignore this for so long while posting in the admin threads - every time I was at a computer I had time to skim stuff and make quick posts, but not enough time to fiddle with image editing or anything. I'm writing this up offline now, so I can't link to any rolls.

Don't worry, you didn't use the Evasive Strike power since your action didn't trigger. You just "wasted" a standard action that you could have done something more useful with, not the power.

Uh, can you break down where you got 3d6+4d8 damage? I get 3d8 for 3[W] weapon damage from Handspring Assault, +1d8 for +1[W] from Furious Assault and 1d6 for Hunter's Quarry - where do the other 2d6 come from?

Three of the windows slam open nearly simultaneously, and the cabin's occupants spin around in surprise. You hear whimpers of bewilderment and terror as the five frail old men are abruptly confronted by a deadly array of weapons.
Mikara's arrow punches through Marglespat's back, piercing his lung and emerging from his sunken chest. His screams of terror abruptly turn into bloody, bubbling gurgles. Blade's attack blasts a beam of light into the ceiling - while the target is staring at it, slack-jawed with amazement, Tristan dives athletically through the window, rolls to his feet, and sprints past him, waving his scimitar. The man turns to follow his path, joints creaking, but is so slow that he has barely started his laborious turn when Tristan's scimitar takes him in the stomach. He doubles over and vomits blood while Tristan sprints away.
Tonk hefts his mace over Marglespat, but halts his attack as the old man dies before his eyes. Shrugging, he turns away, butchers another of the patriarch's companions, and moves to the door.
The two remaining men stare in horror at the carnage, and then turn as one and sprint for the exits. The one closest to the door yanks it open and dashes outside, wheezing from the exertion. The other attempts to leap out the window. He only makes it a few inches off the ground - the windowsill takes him in the sternum, and he folds over, gasping. He glances over his shoulder at the two bloodthirsty killers in the room with him, and clambers to his feet, shuddering. His limbs creak arthritically as he pulls himself painfully through the window and collapses to the ground outside. You hear the crashing of branches mixed with the creaking of abused elderly limbs and grunts of pain as both of them shuffle into the woods as fast as their feeble and gouty legs can carry them.

By the time Blade's turn came around, Marglespat was already dead, so I chose to on the closest enemy (Sycophant 2) instead. Not that it mattered since it missed.
Since Marglespat is dead by Tonk's turn, I used his third conditional, ignoring the Handspring Assault attack and just using Disheartening Strike.
I should have specified that you can jump through the windows as part of a move action, not a shift. Since I hadn't said it (and because I've already delayed too long to ask for a new action), I let Tristan do it this time. But from now on, you can only dive through them as part of a move action (including running and charging - basically anything that's not shifting and not forced movement.)
I just realized I didn't actually locate the path you came in on. It's M1 and M2, continuing off the map to the south - overgrown, so still difficult terrain like the rest of the forest.

Mikara moves to K14, opens the window, and attacks Marglespat with Evasive Strike, hitting for 25 points of damage and killing him! As a followup she shifts to J15, which still has line-of-sight on Sycophant 4 (in fact he doesn't even have cover - I drew the lines and everything). Not that he's there any more when her turn comes around again.
Blade moves to H7, opens the window, and attacks Sycophant 2, missing.
Tonk shifts to I13 and attacks Sycophant 1, hitting for 16 points of damage, rattling him! And killing him!
Dextyr moves to G7 and studies the situation, learning nothing. (Lowest DC for monster knowledge checks is 15 and he rolled an 11.)
Tristan moves to M10, opens the window, and uses Angelic Alacrity to shift 4 squares to I9 (including jumping through the window). He attacks Sycophant 2, hitting for 18 damage, killing it too!
Sycophant 3 moves to L6, uses a minor action to open the door, and then trades his standard action to run to M1.
Sycophant 4 moves to the open window at L10 and attempts to leap out, rolling a 6. He tries again, rolling a 21, and runs to M3.
Mikara's turn! The two remaining sycophants haven't completely vanished into the woods yet, so you can still catch them if you want.
The windows at H7, K14 and M10 are open. The door at L5 is open. There is a hole in the roof at L12.
