Ceramic DM - Grudge Match! Berandor vs Mythago

Even if I'm the only one that cares anymore, I will have my judgement! :D

Don't make me send out the killer snails... oops, too late! They're off.

You'd better hurry, Rodrigo, these snails will show up at the beach in *no time* at all. You are still on vacation in six months, right?

I don't remember how long Rodrigo said he was going to be gone. But I don't have a judgement from him and I am starting to wonder if we should be worrying about his health. :(

EDIT: Doh! Got nabbed by the Eeralai logged in and I wasn't paying attention syndrome. This is BardStephenFox, not Eeralai.

Yeah, maybe he's got a sunburn :) (just kidding, a slight tinge of worry has been on my mind for some days now, but what are we supposed to do?)

BSF/Eeralai, can't you just post what you have and give mythago the 2-0 win? ;) Or maybe get a substitute judge while we wait? I could worry much better about Rodrigo's health when this thing here has been taken care of. I mean, I'm not one to hold a grudge that long, and it's a grudge match, after all :)

(Now I hope I haven't gone too far in my impatience. Sorry if I miswrote)

Apologies.....I am *very* sorry. I emailed the judgement last week from one of my alt accounts and I forgot to change the settings and it bounced. I am an idiot who should know better since I do this crap for a living. I'm an even bigger idiot since I forgot it was an alt account and didn't check it till I got back from vacation and so didn't see the bounce. Bad, Rodrigo, bad.

Resent it to BSF a few minutes ago.

:D

You know, here I enter the thread suspecting personal trauma, and then it's just modern technology throwing a wrench into proceedings. I just laughed out loud at work :D

Hehe...

Past experience has taught me that if I respond to email while on vacation, I end up getting bugged twenty times a day and then my colleagues start calling on the cell when they don't get a response. Ignoring the internet for a week is pretty much the only way to guarantee I won't get bugged while on vacation.

Plus, when I'm at the beach house, the only internet access I have is at 9600 baud via the cell phone. That helps cut down on the urge to get on-line :p

I follow you, really. I never understand people who go on vacation and take their cell phone to continue working, only in a more exotic environment. it's *vacation*. I can get one conference call or something, but day in and day out?

Of course, with cell phones, e-mail and cybercafés, you're pretty hard pressed to make up a story why you couldn't answer, and depending on your boss, "I didn't want to" may not be the perfect answer.

You have a beach house? Dang, I can't afford that. Good for you though! :)

I see the email in my email account. But everything else is spread across multiple machines at home. You must wait even longer. Which for Berandor means another night of restless sleep since he is either 7 or 8 hours ahead of me. ;)
