In past threads we've talked about using index cards for spell & monsters. People have mentioned using Avery business cards that you run through your printer for campaign items as handouts for the players. Well, I've just got back from a Staples run (funny how you always wind up spending so much more than you intended when you walk in there [at least I do])
. I'm about to make up some "Certed" (ala Living Campaigns) items for my two home Campaigns (a Greyhawk campaign run for my group, and a "family" campaign I run for the kids).
I plan on making cards for potions, scrolls, and other consumable magic items. It will stop the confusion that happens in my Greyhawk campaign where nobody remembers to cross of used potions, scrolls, wand charges, etc. And I think the kids will really like getting the cards in my family campaign. It'll make it a bit more tangible for them.
So, I turn to my intrepid friends in the ENWorld community to ask if anyone has done something like this already. If so, do you have templates saved? Does anyone have any appropriate clip art to use?
Thanks,
