Jabba touches Sun-Suni (37 touch), but there is no effect (17 CL check). Jabba then disappears, only to reappear at 80N35E.

PJSlavner is a FAR nicer DM than I. You can be sure that I would not have rerolled the attack roll.

Ya, but the CL check was a backup just in case the touch attack succeeded.

It was risky in that if I were moderating, then it would be an automatic failure. I.e. do something that doesn't require an attack roll.

Ah well. There's always your next LE monster from the MMII to help you out. I haven't seen anything from the CC or WotC boards in a long time, either.
