[sblock] Yes, it is. Since it takes a standard action to dissmiss it. Pakin has been glowing since he saw Melkor.
Pakin will follow SP an attack him if he is still within 90' of flight (assuming invisibility)

Round 150

Pakin floats to 90N95E25Z and slices Szawn with his spiked chain (rolled 29+3=32) for 21 piercing plus 5 good damage. Szawn cannot regenerate fast enough to keep from being defeated.

Next in round 150 for Lawful Evil is a rakshasa (Monster Manual).

Evilhalfling[sblock]Pakin recognizes his next opponent as a rakshasa, a native outsider. He knows its (native) outsider traits, that it can appear as any form of humanoid, and that it has damage reduction that Pakin's spiked chain cuts through like butter.[/sblock]

Hmm...good guy sonar - not appreciated by the gallery.

Stimpy sidles into the arena, giving a backward-handed wave to the fans. He moves to 30n80e and casts a spell. [sblock]Haste[/sblock]

As Stimpy scampers away, Pakin rakes him with an AoO (rolled 26+1+3=30) for 24 piercing plus 7 good damage. Stimpy is dying at -7 HP.

Pakin gets to act starting round 152 before Stimpy is teleported out of the arena and a new combatant enters.

Preview for Ugulu[sblock]Your next combatant is a maelephant (Fiend Folio). It knows much about history, but nothing about anything else.[/sblock]

The crowds look up at the scoreboard to see who the next combatant will be and by the time they look back down at the arena floor, Stimpy is dead.

"Hey, Bob, wasn't there supposed to be a rakshasa coming in next? Where is he?"

Bob silently points to a bloody mass on the stone floor.
