It is, but requires another standard action. You cannot combine a normal melee attack with a spell or spell-like ability for free. The touch attack is what is allowed for free. But, say if you miss and somehow survive the round, next round you can make a normal melee attack (or multiple ones in a full attack).

Hype will try a hail mary tail slap at pa=7 as his primary attack, hoping to escape the VZ before loosing his spells. (50n40e20z)

If his tail fails to end the career of Rapp'ed, Hype will press the rest of the full attack.

A combatant in the Victory Zone cannot lose spells that are cast on its body when it wins a combat because it is teleported out of the arena momentarily while the greater dispel magic hits the Victory Zone. There is no reason to stay out of the Victory Zone to keep buffs from being dispelled.

Rapp'ed concentrates (21 Concentration), steps to 110N45E, then touches Hyp (25 touch).

A spell discharges from Rapp'ed's mummified hand into Hyp (30 CL check).

Hyp feels like he is having a heart attack, but partially resists (23 Fort save). He takes 20 points of damage and has 239 hp left.

Round 336: Hyp rips into the shrouds three times for 37+9-15 total. Rapp'ed is destroyed!

OOC: Trying to figure out position - I think Hyp is at 95n40e (size huge).

Appearing at 85n45 is a hulking creature (large) that looks like a roughly humanoid, black-skinned bi-ped with powerful long arms that end in a three-fingered prehensile claw. Its body is thin but muscular with thick legs. Its head is long and thin with large white eyes. In one claw he grips the next number in line to the infirmary.

Mel the Malgoren tries to claw a hole in his scaly opponent.
