Chameleon Question: Warlock / Rogue

I've looked around but I can't find a specific answer to this.

Here's the character: A Warlock(Fey) / Rogue with the At-Will Utility Chameleon.

Here's the scenario broken up for easy analysis (let's just pretend that there's only one enemy to make it simple):

Move to 3 squares from the enemy and use Eyebite to become invisible.

Roll Stealth.

Move 3 squares towards the enemy and attack, maybe a charge with combat advantage even?

This will bring you out of Hiding but will it bring you out of Concealment?

If it does bring you out of Concealment then Chameleon will trigger allowing you to reroll Stealth to go back into hiding.

Chameleon is an Immediate Interrupt, would it take affect before of after the attack?

By moving 3 squares Shadow Walk is also triggered giving new concealment, how does that figure in?

Concealment aside, could you use the logic here to reroll Stealth after making an Opportunity attack?

The overall idea seems rather neat, the enemy doesn't see you except for a brief glimpse when you attack. If you can see a flaw or know how to make this work could you put your input in?

Move to 3 squares from the enemy and use Eyebite to become invisible.

You make a Stealth check at the end of a move action, not just randomly after you become invisible to a target.

When you charge the enemy, you'll have to make another Stealth check if you move more than 2 squares, but since you're attacking anyway it doesn't matter. If you move up, then attack, you'll need to make the check in between if you moved more than 2 squares (note that you have to move at least 3 squares for the warlock's concealment).

The warlock's concealment, once it triggers, lasts until the end of your next turn; it does not end just because an enemy notices you or you're not invisible anymore or because you attack. Thus, this action wouldn't trigger chameleon.

I'm not sure how to answer any further questions since most of them are based on the idea that such action would trigger chameleon. Also, I could be wrong.
