Looks okay to me. The caster level seems to be set arbitrarily for each monster individually anyway, so don't bother thinking about it. Spell resistance could be a bit higher, MM3.5 recommends 11+CR for a total of 23.

Thanks for that. I left the CR as is after looking at the changes for other demons between 3.0 and 3.5, but I'll probably change it.
