That is too cool.

Well, I will just have to spend more money at Gamesplus to show my gratitude. I do have to say that Gamesplus has gotton $500+ of business from me since the first game day. I never knew about the store as I don't live too close, but now I spend at game days and 4-5 other times a year to boot.

Hey Buzz, I'd like to suggest placing a link from each game listed to its description post. Alternately, you can provide a more detailed blurb with each event (beyond noting the GM and game system) as has been done for previous Gamedays.

Also, just checking on when the game sign up will commence. If either of these requests is a bit premature...well, it's in my nature as a hasty Ent, right? ;)

There will be a separate sign-up thread, and I've formatted it so that there's a quick-n-simple event schedule at the top and full descriptions and sign-up slots at the bottom.

I figure that if we don't hear from FCW or GORAK soon, I'll just go ahead and post what I have.

You'll just have to step up and run the gamedays one of these years, and find some way to adjust the schedule. When is your birthday? You might talk to Buzz and Curt about taking over the gameday organizer duties at the next changing of the guard. :)
Why do people keep talking to me about who's going to take over Gameday next? I've only done one! :(

:takes ball and goes home:

:D

Nothing personal. It's simply a matter of recognizing and preparing for the inevitible... ;)

I know. I was just being needy. :p

Hopefully, I'll be able to keep on doing the organizing for a while. It's fun and makes me feel like a big-wig in the ENWorld community. :D

Told ya I was needy...

hey buzz...

sorry, things been a it hectic last few days. can you wait till maybe sunday afternoon for me to get a game description to ya. i will likely get it there beforehand, but a little more time to make sure i get a decent blurb up, would be way cool.

It's our tradition. :)

I handled four of them, then MattyHelms took over. (He actually helped with the fourth one that I handled.) After his third he passed the torch to you. Each new chairperson gets officially announced during the first gameday of the year and then handles the next three gamedays. By this tradition you'd be handling the last one, this one, and the next one, announcing the new chairperson (officially) at your final gameday. Sound good to you? :)

I say let the Buzz Man run as many as his sweet heart would like, he is doing a great job. You will find that you will quickly run out of volunteers for this. I am not overly interested in running it, but would if push came to shove and I bet that goes for most people.

Buzz for re-election in 2005 :D

What Buzz has done for us:
Banners for Gameday
Great organization & Leadership
A real motivator
Superb communicator with the group email list
And Finally, makes me think of Buzz Kilman which makes me laugh :p
