Chopping down the stats.

Ok, I am really out of practice with creating Magic weapons.

the Character is a Drow Ranger with a real hatred of Gnolls after a lv 20 Half-fiend Gnoll Cleric, lead a Group of High level Followers of Erythnul through her City in search of information on some powerfull Magic thing and not finding what they wanted. Needless to say Someone wants payback and they know that they lack the power to do it. They have looked up rumors of the Axe and now have to find it.

I had an Idea for a weapon for a new character of mine to earn.

it's a form of +2 greataxe with a couple of enchantments.The rough description is a two handed Axe with about a 4 1/2 foot handle with a Double bit head on it.

the enchantments are:
Keen
and Bane(Gnoll)

I just don't know how to stack the enhancments. Could anyone lend a hand?

A +2 keen gnoll bane axe is the equivalent of a +4 weapon in terms of cost.

Minor nitpick: those are enhancements. Enchantments affect creatures, not items.
