I looked through my collection of village/town/city maps from the internet and put them into an album on Dropbox for you to steal.

These are all freely available on various sites (Dundjinni, Cartographers' Guild, RPGMapshare etc), though some have disappeared/moved in recent years or have become hard to find. Indeed I have modified most of them, often adding grids or coats of arms to suit my games.

A few are my even own work as well (Appleford, Haven, Lodd, and Lone Elm Hillfort).

Enjoy!

Ptolus is a nice, even if you downplay the provided setting the maps and sketched out content is pretty handy.

I have it and although I haven't used it, my co-ref ran his last campaign in it and now his son is using it.

Ptolus.

The city supplement by itself is awesome, but if you just want a cool map then you can pick up the Ptolus Deluxe City Map. It includes a wall-sized map, which means the digital files give you sufficient resolution that you can print out super-detailed handouts from it.

Loads of edition-independent Greyhawk goodness... maps, magic, mysteries, mechanics, and more!
All of which can be easily adapted to any campaign world.
And the new home of Mortellan's World of Greyhawk Comic!

You may be able to pilfer a few maps from these older adventures on WotC's site. I downloaded most of them quite a while ago, but it's been so long that I looked at any of them that I'm not entirely sure what's actually in them, but they could be worthwhile:

Original Adventures

You might also look at some of the other, older downloads, if the page ever goes back up (it's down as of this posting). But for ages, WotC had a ton of older product released as PDFs for free here:
