Hey Crothian, maybe you can answer this for me. When I first drove through Ohio back in '99 they were doing construction on I-70 between Indiana and Columbus. Last week, six years later, they are still doing construction on I-70 between Indiana and Columbus. What're they doing, importing the asphalt one truck at a time from Outer Mongolia?

Its two differnt projects. There was no construction there in 2003 or 2004 when I drove it to Gen Con.
