Yeah I played around with a +1D6 sneak attack feat but only the rogue wanted it. An extra rage per long rest would bee cool for most barbarians.... I see them more as 'enhancement tto class, but also a bit multiclass' more then out right taking class features.
Yeah. The thing is, 1d6 isn't enough to justify a feat in 5e since they are so few and far between, AND they compete with ASIs. To get other people to take that feat you'd need to call if Shady or something, grant the 1d6 sneak attack, proficiency with Sleight of Hand(expertise if already proficient, and something else small.

What would be really fun is to twist the abilities... What would a feat giving "magic rage" look like?
"WILD SURGE
3rd-level Path of Wild Magic feature
The magical energy roiling inside you sometimes erupts from you. When you enter your rage, roll on the Wild Magic table to determine the magical effect produced.
If the effect requires a saving throw, the DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier."

That's one possibility. I could see that as a feat rather a class feature.

the full feat was prof in stealth (or expertise if you already had prof) 1d6 sneak attack and a +1 cha but no one realy wanted it other then the rogue

Climb speed? Sneak expertise? No disadvantage to Perception checks in dim light or darkness?

I was affraid dex was too powerful... that was one of the feed backs I got before I scrapped making my own feats
Athlete
Lightly Armored
Moderately Armored
Resilient
Weapon Master

Those are all half feats in the PHB that give dex. +1 dex for a half feat isn't something that the designers felt was too powerful, especially since +1 doesn't do anything for a minimum of 4 levels unless the dex stat is odd. Alternatively, you could ditch a stat bonus entirely and go with Stealth Proficiency(expertise if proficient), +1d6 sneak attack and No Disadvantage for Visual Perception Checks in dim light as @Mistwell suggested and have a full feat.

I think they'll turn up as soon as they're needed...and they won't be needed until D&D adopts a classless (or nearly classless) format. So I voted for Option 6.
