Lore Bard and Dance are both Human. I now am firmly in the camp that Psi Warrior is also human.

Are you sure? She just looks like a stocky human to me. I don't think they showed her full image so maybe I just am not seeing the shortness?

My count as it stands. As @Chaosmancer pointed out, however, there are hybrid characters to consider, so I think it is likely some of those Elves are actually Half-Elven.

Skull structure, facial features and lim proportions say Dwarven to me. It would also make 3 Dwarf men and 3 Dwarf women.

Nothing about their facial structure or limb proportions is out of the realm of possibility for Humans. Also, remember Humans can now be small as well as medium.

"Out of the realm of possiblity" maybe, maybe not, but thst is a Dwarf.

Dwarves are Medium, just built stocky, like that character. She looks no more Human than the Cleric or Fighter Iconics do.

The Iconic Tiefling Bard is of Elven ancestry, and the Aasimar Celestial Warlock seems to be of Dwarven ancestry. Though they're Planetouched species, where it's traditionally been the case of being Planetouched overriding the other ancestry.
