I pulled the Mul life span from a PDF on athas.org, [h=3]Dark Sun Core Rules - The Burnt World of Athas[/h]
I think the races you're reading with the +1 Wisdom bonus are actually SUBraces (svrifneblin of gnome and duergar of dwarf). You can get the main race stats in the PHB.

Copy that on your first two notes. I'm making those tweaks now.

I didn't think of that, but that's kind of a really great way to go!

I feel like the Shifter subrace bonuses are far too powerful.

I checked out your homebrew of the Warforged. Not bad, but it looks very heavily influenced by the 4e iteration, if I had to guess. Bit of critique, I don't think that they should get a +2 to Strength and a +2 to Constitution. I've got a version of my own that you might find interesting. I'd like to hear what you think about it.
