Is it specifically stated anywhere in either the FRCS or Faiths and Pantheons that clerics of Eilistraee must be female?

Actually, never mind. I just did a search on the official Forgotten Realms message board and Sean K. Reynolds himself stated that nowhere in FRCS does it state that Eilistraeen clerics are required to be female because for the 3rd edition, that restriction was lifted. Cool.

On pg. 40 of Faiths and Pantheons it does indeed state that Lolth's clerics must be female.
