CoC or Spycraft?

Okay, I'm wanting Matrix Vs Blade. Modern weapons vs some spells, Earth with lots o' bad stuff, werewolves, vamps, icky crawling ugly zombies, and crazy mad doctors.

So....which one game (any other suggestions welcome) is best for my ideas of hell on Earth?

Some what cost prohibitive. Seriously, which one do you think would be easier to convert to my destruction of mother nature plans?

Spycraft and CoC are the bomb!
They both are great and 'could' work well, but if your seriously cost prohibitive go with "Shadow Chasers".

"Shadow Chasers" is in 'Dungeon/Polyherdron March/April issue #91'

It works great, it will work standard with "d20 Modern" when the book comes out, and best of all the magazine costs $6 (well worth the price).

Since it is a magazine you may not be able to find it if you wait to long, so I would spend the six dollars now to get it, the 2 books (Spycraft and CoC) will be out for a much longer time.

I agree. If you're really looking for vampires, icky things, modern weapons and spells the Shadow Chasers outlines work pretty good. Of course, you'll need to adapt a few things here and there, but if you're looking to save money six bucks is a lot easier on the pocketbook than the thrity or whatever bucks it'd be for a glossy new hardcover.

For what you've described, I'd save up for d20 modern.

No kidding. I might just grab CoC this week and leave it at that. It'sprobably the only one of the three I could crib alot of cool stuff from. You can never have enough horror books. I still have a free copy of Chill someplace:)

Definitely Shadowchaser

Shadow chaser, coupled with the Monster Manual and Dragonstar SFHB are 3 book that I use in my Sci-Fi settign (Basicaly a remote starsystem, in the DS setting, I use until the Dragonstar:Guide to the Galaxy comes out).

But I feel that the way we are playing now is very Cyberpunk/Magic/Horror (A very dark Shadowrun style). And these 3 books are all that I need.

But I looked inside the Spycraft, without buying it (51$ Can up here in Canada) And it looks great.

Well, it sounds like you want something supernatural, though it isn't Lovecraft. It also sounds like you want something action oriented; that IS spycraft.

I'd say grab Spycraft and the MM and go to town.
