combining Tome, CC amd BoVD finds and CR

Have just gotten the Tome and my oh my is it great. The adventure hooks just jumps right out of the pages.

I'm very impressed with the various demons and devils, especially the lords, dukes etc. Much better than BoVD IMO.
But, there were some things that I found cool in the BoVD, such as Demogorgons dual action, Dispater's touch attacks, the cold of Juiblex etc.

My question is: What in your opinion would be an appropiate CR increase is you took the cool abilities from the BoVD fiends and conferred those abilities to their ToH and CC counterparts?
