I am the creator of a flash program called Comic hand. It allows you to create fantasy characters and scenes. I thought it might be useful to some people here. It can be played at Comic Hand | Home

It's interesting work. Not a lot of different options, but if it was expanded it might be useful for some.

I just can't help but wonder that you could achieve the same with a good paint program and just copy paste if you had the images ready.
