Concentration DC for telekinesis = 30?

Reading this WotC article about tactics for vrocks, it says:

In addition a vrock can use greater teleport and telekinesis. Of course with Concentration +20, a vrock needs to roll a 10 for telekinesis and 12 for greater teleportation, making them iffy propositions to flee a losing fight.

Casting defensively is 15 + spell level, and telekinesis is 5th level. With +20 concentration, shouldn't the Vrock be able to cast telekinesis defensively at will?

Hmm, I am not sure from where this concentration DC came from. Even if this text is mentioning about something other than defensive casting, DCs for Telekinesis and Greater Teleport should be the same, as both of them are 5th-level spell.

It has Greater Teleport, which is seventh level, not Teleport, which is fifth.

It is possible he screwed up. There is nothing pertaining to concentration checks involving a 25+ spell lv check...
