D&D 5E Confirmed and foreseen subclasses?

Nope. The subclass list from the February leaked Alpha is identical to the final subclass list. None added, none removed.

Also, so far there's been nearly no difference between the Alpha and the final previews. So far I've noticed all the changes we've seen so far are:
-Bard gets 2 more known spells and doesn't get a cantrip at level 16. Also, the final version doesn't mention Font of Inspiration going up at level 10 and 15.
-Sorcerer doesn't get a cantrip at level 16
-Cleric's Destroy Undead feature is slightly behind(starting at 1/2 instead of 1) and they don't get a cantrip at level 16
-Wizard doesn't get a cantrip at level 16
-Scribe Scroll is no longer a feat
-Martial Adept feat added
-Healing spells are all halved in effectiveness and add your stat mod
-Swift spells are gone, replaced with Bonus Action spells(which do the exact same thing)
-A couple of minor renaming of abilities without changing their effect

Otherwise every preview has shown that the leaked Alpha is 100% accurate

Bards moved from d6 to d8 HD.
Firebolt is not in Alpha
Most Cantrips cap at 5 dice, not 4.
Tavern Brawler damage down from d6 to d4 and no intoxication save.

Damage Cantrips got nerf, they went up a die at level 20, they don't in Basic, cantrips end up with 4 dice instead of 5.

Major image ate Permenant Image which were seperate spells in alpha.

The PHB will have Martial Adapt feat, the Alpha doesn't (personal speculation it will give a superiority die and a manvuer from the Battle Master subclass).

Still its all tweaks to the system not major revisions.

My thinking on Martial Adept was the same, except I'm expecting 2 each of dice and maneuver, otherwise it's pretty wimpy for a 5e feat.

I was wrong I found a major change, to the spell Meter Swarm, in the Alpha it did 6d6 fire damage and 6d6 blugeoning damage, in basic it got catalasmic getting buffed to 20d6 fire damage and 20d6 blugeoning damage.

While I expect the Psion to be its own class in 5e, once Psionics hits, I think we'll see the Psychic Warrior and the Lurk (Psychic Rogue) become subclasses of the Fighter and Rogue. A "Way of the Enlightened Mind" for a more Psionic Monk, and I actually think the Soulknife might become a feat, or another Monk subclass.

I can definitely expect the Psion to be it's own class, it's always been that way since 2e. Psychic Warrior / Battlemind could go 50/50 with being it's own class or being subclasses of other classes, and either way I still probably see there being an Eldritch Knight like subclass. Wilder, Lurk, Ardent, Divine Mind and Soulknife will probably be subclasses of other classes. It was already suggested that they could make the Ardent a Bard subclass, and the concept of the class has changed so much from 3e to 4e.

For other classes I speculate that there will probably be a companion using Druid as that was noticeably absent from the core subclasses, and I'm guessing they could probably absorb the 4e Shaman while it's at it. There could be an Inquisitor subclass of Rogue one that minors in Divine spells, but I think it'll probably be an easy one to make when the DMG rules come out, just switch out some of the Arcane Trickster's abilities. If the Sohei shows up, it'll likely be a Paladin subclass, though Oath of Vengeance is probably the closest mechanically to the Sohei with it's rage-like abilities. I fully expect there being Dark/Shadow pact and Vestige pact Warlocks. And I think almost every class could have an elemental themed subclass.

I'd want to see a Ranger that's like Diablo III's Demon Hunter that uses shadow magic and mechanical traps, or a Ranger like Witcher's Geralt of Rivia who uses arcane spells. But I think both of those can be accomplished through multiclassing.

Hmmm.

Strange to say, but that is potentially positive.

If Font doesn't increase at 10 and 15, that suggests that either Bardic Inspiration works differently, or that perhaps the level 5 version does a lot more than in the Alpha. Of course it might just be that they folded Font increased into the Bardic Inspiration increases at 10 and 15.

You can make an Arcane Archer with the Eldrich Knight, firing firebolt and arrows in the same turn, and eventually fireballs and arrows.

Example shoot arrow, cast fireball, shoot arrow, shoot arrow, use action surge and teleport, shoot arrow, cast lightening, shoot arrow, shoot arrow, move. Oh and your bow can be enchanted with the Elemental Weapon Spell at the same time so your shot deal some type of elemental damage on top of thier regular damage. Well you cast the Elemental Weapon spell before combat, it lasts for awhile, but otherwise that was just one turn!

And you can have the Archer Fighting Style granting you +2 to your aim as well.

PS I still don't get why some people think Eldrich Knight is bad, yeah you gain spells slower, but no body, not even the Paladin can compete for combing magic with attacks.
