The compendium isn't that bad. I find that it's more useful than the search functions on most online shops & forums.
...and certainly more useful than the search function in most book.

I wouldn't go that far.
When you can type in one form of a word and get no hits and then type in another and get a hundred (like the difference between tool and tools), or you can type in a word and get absolutely no hits even though it's the exact right spelling for a term in the NAME of the item, and that these examples aren't even half of the problems with the engine, then there's something seriously borked about your search (dis)functionality.
At least a book has an index.
Sorry for the dbl post but also wondering, is this a balanced party? Rogue, Wizard, Cleric? We have 3 PCs to keep it smaller. If all goes well we will reboot the game after the three main campaigns and make a 5 man party with a campaign I make but for now we have 3 PCs Rogue, Wizard, Cleric. Is it going to be ok?
I believe that those adventures are scaled toward a party of 4 to 5 PCs, so running them as-is with only 3 PCs would be really rough on the PCs. If you go ahead with that, it might be better to scale down the encounters: remove 2 Kobolds, or 1 City Guard, or 1 Zombie, or 2 Goblins, in each encounter; but it can be hard to keep scaling that right each time.
Another idea is to have a fourth PC in the party, and either run it yourself or have one of the players run it. If you do go that route, a Knight might be a good choice: simple to play, and fills the Defender role that the party doesn't otherwise have covered.
[Underscore: "g" is the third letter in the word "Rogue," not the fourth.]
