Anything that conceivably could hold a kender’s attention for more than a few seconds will likely find its way into his pocket, with or without the actual owners permission.

The original description emphasises its long teeth "The teeth are long and sharp, giving the face a feral look that cannot be easily forgotten", so I feel we should mention that. Maybe something like "Its face has a feral look, with teeth that appear longer and sharper than they should be."

How about:
