Its Master of Magic SA should say it can Auto-Quicken spells up to 9th level as a swift action, not 3rd level as a free action, since it took that feat three times.

Just noticed another error, this time in Immunities.

"Any shape-altering powers the deity might have work normally on itself" ought to be "the draeden might have".

And here's another! The Master of Psionics should have power level and manifester level, not spell level and caster level.

Master of Psionics (Ps): At will, a draeden may manifest any psionic power from any power list as a psi-like ability. The saving throw DC for such abilities is 30 + power level (10 + power level + Charisma bonus). Manifester level equals draeden's Hit Dice. A draeden may apply any metapsionic feat it possesses to these psi-like abilities as if they were psionic powers.

These creatures are very rarely encountered, and almost always travel singly. The only known instances of multiple draeden appearing have occurred when they deliberately gather to attack some Immortal outpost or project. As many as 20 draeden have united in this way at least once in the distant past. No event of this type has occurred for over 200 million years.

They have unlimited 101st level spellcasting and psionics manifestation. That ought to be worth something!

Don't forget their gizzards contain thousands of boulder-sized diamonds - those might be worth something.

How about 129 for cr that looks just about right to me.

I was thinking something around 105-110 would be closer. It has awesome stats and spellcasting, but no magic items (or their equivalent) and suffers the action economy problems of a Solo monster. Well, unless is Epic Summons a bunch of CR 62 "minions".
