Converting Epic Level Creatures

Wow, we've been working on this one for 6 months! Shade, when you get a chance, can you port some of the special abilities into the homebrews entry?

I guess the next entry is the infinite magic (infinite psionics replacement in a sidebar). I would base it on the following ability, but I'm not sure I'd put the restriction on wish, etc:

Master of Magic (Sp): At will, Monkey may use any arcane or divine spell from any spell list as a spell-like ability, with the following exceptions: limited wish, miracle, wish, spells that allow planar travel, and conjuration spells with the calling or summoning descriptors. The saving throw DC for such abilities is 17 + spell level (10 + spell level + Monkey's Charisma bonus).

Seem reasonable?

Yes, that's pretty much what I was thinking.

I agree to dropping the restrictions on wishes and so forth, but I'd make the Infinite Psionics in addition to Infinite Magic, not just a substitute.

Hmm, a lot of epic critters are CL 20, but that just seems too low. I guess if it doesn't really matter, I'd go with 20 or anything up to HD really.

CL just doesn't feel very epic, so I'd go for HD or possibly half HD.
