So these are part of an attack action, or are they considered free actions?

And I quote:

In other words, we need to decide what action eyebeam requires - I'm thinking a single beam as a free action or four beams as a standard action?

So it'd be something like this:

Eyebeams (Su): Ythog-Nthlei's eyebeams are X foot range ray attacks that do 1d4+1 Strength damage if they hits. Ythog-Nthlei can make a single eyebeam attack as a free [or swift?] action once per round or make 4 eyebeam attacks as a standard action, but he cannot produce more than four eyebeams in a round (one from each eye).

Attack: Blacklight mace +42 melee (4d6+26) and eyebeam +20 ranged touch (1d4+1 Str); or bite +37 melee (3d6+15 plus venom) and eyebeam +20 ranged touch (1d4+1 Str); or 4 eyebeams +25 ranged touch (1d4+1 Str)
Full Attack: Blacklight mace +42/+37/+32/+27 melee (4d6+26) and bite +32 melee (3d6+8 plus venom) and eyebeam +20 ranged touch (1d4+1 Str); or 4 eyebeams +25 ranged touch (1d4+1 Str)

We'll need a range for the eyebeams. I'm thinking maybe equal to a Medium Range spell with CL 20th, or 300 feet?

It looks good, but I would think you shouldn't lit them in the attack line in that case. Other Su abilities aren't typically, even if they are attacks in the "special attacks" sense. Take the eyebeams out of the attack lines, and we're good.

Well Beholders have their eye rays listed in the attack line, don't they.

Besides, if we include them in the Attack/Full Attack line it's more likely the DM will remember to use them.

As you like... It doesn't matter too much if we're entirely consistent with the SRD, since it's not entirely consistent itself. ;)
