Converting Monsters From Gamma World

Dose 9HD seem appropreate to everyone?
Imm leaning toward monsterous humanoid. Kinda Anthro like a minotaur plus not to many giants have animal features.

How dose this look for stats?

Control Weather (Su): by Concentrating for three rounds A group of five arks can produce an effect identicle to controll weather as if cast by a 13th level caster. No givven Arc can contribute to controlling weather more than once a week.

And they've got only 6 HD, as opposed to the 9 of the argos. Of course, it might be interesting to have a relatively frail creature of 9 HD. I'd raise the Str a bit, but keeping the Con low could give them an interesting niche.
