Bite attack, looks like 1d6+7 damage. Give them a sword or spear of some type?

Maybe some natural armor, but definitely armor (studded leather?) and a shield (probably large steel?).

Psi-like abilities for the telekinesis and life leach? I can find telekinetic force in the SRD, but is there a 3.5 version of life leach?

In that case, picking number/day at random:
Psi-like Abilities: 3/day - telekinetic force (DC 12), hostile empathic transfer (DC 12). Manifester level X. The save DC is Charisma-based.

We might want to bump Cha, actually. Also, the 1st edition stats give them weather manipulation. Anyone know what that might be nowadays?
 

Boosting Cha just a little would be good. They could have actual control weather, but that seems really powerful for a creature of their caliber.

I'd be inclined maybe to give them the psionic power control air. It's like a tiny version of control weather. ;)
 

Well we could just make some Psi like ability that is something like a lesser form of controll weather to More fit their power level.
 

Control air seems a reasonable replacement. Maybe a bunch of them together can perform a control weather ritual, similar in mechanics to this...

Summon Large Air Elemental (Su): A group of five aarakocras that includes at least one cleric can cast summon monster VI to summon a Large air elemental. To perform the summoning, the aarakocras must perform an intricate aerial dance for 3 rounds.
 

Good idea, also like the vrock's dance of ruin.

Shade, do we want to homebrew these? On a related note, are these ok for the CC?
