Converting Oriental Adventures creatures

Is there a precedent for unearthly grace only allowing AC bonuses? If not, our ability will need a rename.

I agree, we'd better give it a new name.

Ghosts get a deflection bonus to their AC equal to their Charisma. How about modifying that?

Deflecting Grace (Ex): A hu hsien's armor class includes a deflection bonus equal to its Charisma modifier.

Ghosts get the deflection bonus by virtue of being incorporeal.

I'd prefer not to name a new ability, since there are lots of unearthly and holy/unholy whatnots floating around (in fact, I feel like one of these might apply, though I can't find good examples in the SRD).

Anyway, I'd either keep unearthly grace as is and change the Lightning Reflexes feat as Shade suggests or else just add a deflection bonus like the wisp. What do you think about the wisp precedent, Cleon?

I just found this in MMV...

Sylvan Warrior (Su): A banshrae applies its Charisma bonus as a deflection bonus to its Armor Class. It doesn't lose its Dexterity bonus to AC when flat-footed.

I don't mind either way. Give them a flat +4 deflection bonus if you prefer.

Updated.

Now are we finished?

It's fine apart from a couple of typos.

It's got "weapon +8/+3 ranged" in the Full Attack line instead of "shortbow +8/+3 ranged", and there's an extraneous space at the end of the second paragraph of the description [it says "destroyed ." instead of "destroyed."].
