Correction. After glancing through the module it's more there's the implication of there being specialized worker subcastes. The only one that's mentioned are the "special worker attendants" who groom and feed the queen.

Pretty good. I'd tweak the wording a bit though.

The isopterite worker caste is responsible for the hive's construction and housekeeping. Most workers specialize in a particular duty - farming fungus, nursing eggs, attending the queen, etc (see the Isopterite Hive section for more information). Isopterite workers will protect their hive with their lives, but they are not natural combatants and prefer to avoid fighting.

Didn't we decide on Skill Focus in a Craft or Profession skill with all five of their skill ranks in said skill? Or am I just imagining that?

That'd work out as either Craft +6 or Profession +8. I did wonder about adding an "Isopterite workers have a +2 racial bonus to the Craft skill of its specialist duty" bonus so both skills are at +8, but decided it was surplus to requirements.

Tweaked flavor wording is good!

I honestly don't remember about the skills and feats, but that sounds about right. I'm kind of thinking that the Profession skills are a bit more what we want since they aren't quite as focused as the Craft skills. In that case, would "any one Profession" and Skill Focus (Profession) work?
