Settings without racial deities, or with few racial deities, are better than settings with them. Seriously, who do evil dwarves worship in Greyhawk? Either they have to pick a non-dwarven deity, or they have to pick some minor deity no one has ever heard of.

I didn't actually hate Moradin until about five rounds ago.

I've been voting Moradin because either everyone should have a racial deity or noone should, and since the rest of the voters decided early on that nobody except dwarves should, I've been trying ever since to restore balance. Nothing personal, Moradin, nothing personal.
