Yeah. I haven't seen it, but I recall months after its release without any decent movie to watch. Titanic had favorable circumstances which won't be reproduced for a while, making it very hard to topple.
Being an earlie summer movie will help RotS, but there are too many block busters to pull fans away and too much to do with the nice weather. Hopefully it will be a good movie.
