The Binder, the 3.5 pact maker, has some slight behaviour changes on a bad pact only. And he needed only one feat to ignore special requirements.
Why everybody thinks it will change?
@Ahglock: The point of showing the difference of how the Warlock and the other side of the pact seek their goals.
And, why every class needs to have a nice background? The 1st Edition Assassin had not.
All Paladins were good (ignoring UA Variants). This inhabited me to play an good holy warrior who gets his powers from evil. Did I need this? - No!
Houserule it, if you like, but I see nothing inherintly wrong by having only evil or neutral sources for one class.
