Couple of questions

In LM, the feat Destruction Retribution: It says that when the creatures are destroyed, they cause damage in a 10' spread - is that a 10' radius?

Is there a Craft Golem feat? What does one need to create golems, specifically shadesteel golems? (I know the material comes from the plane of shadow)

Spreads are defined in the magic chapter of the PHB. A spread is like a burst, except that it goes around corners (which a burst does not).

10' radius, yes. See the PHB chapter on Magic for the definition of "spread".

No Craft Golem feat, but there is a Craft Construct feat in the MM.

Nevermind, looked in the SRD.

It says someone with Craft Construct can repair damage to a construct. Here's my new question: Our party defeated a shadesteel golem, and my character decided to hang on to the parts. If I had the feat, could I repair it? Or would I have to make my own shadesteel golem from the parts of the one we defeated, and could I do that?

If by "defeated" you mean "destroyed", then I'd say that the original animating magic has gone out of the pieces, and you'd have to make a new one rather than just repair the one that was. If, however, you managed to subdue it without destroying it, then you could repair it. However, it would retain its original programming, so that might not be the wisest of ideas.
