Craig Kilborn Leaves the Late, Late Show

As far as replacements go, my vote is for Hal. I think we need a late night talk show host who doesn't wear pants. Just call it equal representation for the pantless minority of America.
I just hope he don't go "commando."

Never really a fan of the show. The irony and 'satire' was constant but repetitive. If I wanted this, why wouldn't I just watch reruns of the infinitly more enjoyable 'Larry Sanders Show'? Not to mention, unlike the characters in that show, he forgot to make himself at all sympathetic (a big neccessity in any good satire), maybe because he really isn't such a good guy behind the screens either.

Say what you will about John Stewart (he's too needy, yada yada) atleast he is somewhat dynamic and realizes that a talk show isn't the format to use when attempting dry humor.

To her credit, Tina Fey strikes as less the Kilbourn type, and more the 'snarky, underappriciated smart girl'. She probably does deserve her own vehicle, though I'm really rooting for Sarah Silverman.

I could get behind that as well. I am also seeing some talk about Amy Sedaris or Bonnie Hunt being a possible replacement.
