Creating a better two weapon fighter

Well, the class states that you get spring attack for free even if you do not meet the prereq (but I think that the prereq for the PrC itself assure you you meet the prereq for spring attack anyway). But anyway, the prereq is bab +5 and spring attack is given at level 3, so you DO have bab +8. I see no problems there.
The point of having scimitar treated like a light weapon is not so you can finesse with it (since with my suggestion, you could finesse with it anyway). The point is to have a light off handed weapon to have -2/-2 instead of -4/-4.
cd saint, if ITWF is your 6th level feat, you are cheating. It requires bab +8... [edit: sorry, just saw that in 3.5 it's +6]

Bastoche - I think you're misunderstanding me. Getting improved two weapon fighting at 3rd dervish level means you're getting it two levels later than you could get it by just taking the feat (since it requires +6 BAB, and at 3rd class level, you have +8 BAB at the very least). That sucks... it means that even if you want it earlier, you have to wait to get it, or otherwise you're wasting a feat.
BTW, ITWF has always been +6 BAB... it's based off of the fact that you get your second attack at +6 BAB as well. It's improved critical that has +8 base attack bonus as a requirement.

I stand corrected. You're right. I was just checking this right now.
I got two suggestions:
- Even is ITWF could be taken earlier, it's better than spring attack for a 2W fighter. A suggestion could be to swap the ability with one of the 1st or 2nd level. My point is if at Dervish level 1,2 you do not intend to get ITWF, then having it as a bonus "too late" is still better than nothing.
- You could swap the improved reaction with the "bonus feat" and get GTWF instead and take ITWF prior. You could make it like the other feats i.e. get it even if you do not meet the prereq, namingly not having ITWF already and maybe drop the free cleave you get later on (or some other ability to compensate the fact you're in practice getting two free feats: ITWF and GTWF). You do need dex 17 for ITWF and 19 for GTWF, I don't know if you will have such scores then?
