Creeping Cold x2 (x3... x4...)

Just to be sure, I figured I'd ask a simple question.

Does continuing damage from spell stack with a new copy of that spell? Example: say you cast Creeping Cold 1st round (1d6) then again 2nd round (2d6 from 1st CC, plus 1d6 from 2nd CC), followed by CC again on the 3rd round (3d6+2d6+1d6), then do nothing for the 4th round (3d6+2d6) or the 5th round (3d6).

Also, Acid Arrow might function similar to that too. Or can you only be under the effect of one Creeping Cold at a time?

Yes, it stacks. The only things that don't stack with themselves are bonuses, and its hard to view damage being taken as a bonus.
