Critique sorc spell list please

Hmm i thought it could. Thats why i took it actually.

It's very good for that one important saving throw, or a crucial attack roll, but initiative is not an opposed ability check, therefore it doesn't help there.

And yes, Shapechange is very, very powerful and also extremely flexible.

I also have to agree with Limited Wish (Wish is too expensive), that's an incredibly useful spell for a sorcerer.

Replace stun ray with limited wish then?

Also i can use wish to swap out sorc spell known right? At least the simbul is listed as having done that o.O

The Simbul cheated. :p

(Basically you can do that, if your DM allows it. It's not unreasonable for sure, to allow it.)

It masy hurt to lose 5K XP, but that's often better than the alternative. If you look at published adventures, notably Dungeon, how often do you see epic sorcerors without Wish? Seldom.

You don't even need wish to swap spells, depending on permitted sources, and Magic-Psionics Transparency settings; Limited Wish will do the job nicely.

How?

Well, you take a clause from Limited Wish:

* Duplicate any other spell of 4th level or lower, even if it’s of a prohibited school.

Take a Psionic Power:
SRD said:
Psychic Reformation
Telepathy [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Psion/wilder 4
Display: Auditory, mental, and visual
Manifesting Time: 10 minutes
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One creature
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Power Resistance: No
Power Points: 7, XP; see text

When this power is manifested, the subject can choose to spend its most recently gained skill points differently (picking new skills and abandoning old ones if it chooses) and to choose a different feat from the one it selected when advancing from its previous level to its current level.

The subject can also choose to forget powers it acquired when advancing to its current level, replacing them with new ones.

The subject can undo decisions of these sorts that were made at lower levels, if both the subject and the manifester agree to pay the necessary XP before this power is manifested (see below). The subject must abide by the standard rules for selecting skills and feats, and so it cannot take feats for which it doesn’t qualify or take crossclass skills as class skills.

XP Cost: This power costs 50 XP to manifest to reformat choices made when the character reached her current level. For each additional previous level into which the revision reaches, the power costs an additional 50 XP. The manifester and subject split all XP costs evenly.
(Emphasis added)
Then take transparency:

COMBINING PSIONIC AND MAGICAL EFFECTS
The default rule for the interaction of psionics and magic is simple: Powers interact with spells and spells interact with powers in the same way a spell or normal spell-like ability interacts with another spell or spell-like ability. This is known as psionics-magic transparency.
(Emphasis added)

So, under transparency, as far as Limited Wish is concerned, Psychic Reformation is a 4th level non-Sor/Wiz spell. Even if it qualifies as being in a prohibited school, it's still fair game. Reaching back through all 30 of your levels, replacing every spell and feat you have, would cost you 30*50=1,500 xp. All by the book. As long as you aren't reaching back more than six levels, it's just the base 300 xp for Limited Wish.

Whoah i didnt know that.

I am so taking limited wish then.
Caveat (I mentioned it briefly, but didn't spell it out): Check with your DM. If the XPH isn't available (may also be in Complete Psionics) then this trick won't work. Likewise, if the DM goes with Magic and Psionics are Different, then this also will not work. Check with your DM.
