Is there a synopsis of this online anywhere? I just got Knife of dreams, but I can't recall a single damn bit of CoT. I dunno if this is a testament to my feeble mental capacity or of how boring the WoT has gotten.

Don't worry, it's just that nothing happened in the book. Someone posted a short synopsis in the Knife of Dreams thread. I don't know if it left anything out, 'cause I can't remember the book either!

Thought you might not want to read any spoilers:

About the only things that actually happened (and not recaps or repeats) was:

- Logain is a power in his own right, with A'shaman followers
- Elayne has 4 houses with ehr (Dyelin and the 3 kids)
- Egwene is the best Cuendillar maker in the world
- Elayne takes a bath.
- Mat kills a woman.
- Masema is talking to the Seanchan.

Synopsis -- bath... dress....more dresses.... more dresses..... the end. Oh yeah, in the last sentence Eg gets captured.

I have read most of the books 5-6 times but CoT got only an obligitory read. Have heart, KoD gets better. I would say equal part of Great Googlie Mooglie and WFT???

IIRC, the summaries for the more recent books aren't quite complete.

And I totally forgot about this page, even though I have the site bookmarked. But then, I've also been avoiding this sight since KoD came out to keep away from the spoilers. The last few times I've read WoT, I start thinking I should do something like this so I can keep track of what's going on, especially in the later books where things get muddled like mad.
