How about the Codpiece of Template Creation?
This cursed codpiece appears to be any more beneficial type of magical codpiece (bear with me, here), until the wearer comes in contact with a Dragon in humanoid form, shapechanged Fiend, polymorphed animal, etc, of the opposite sex. The character must make a Will save vs DC17 to resist gettin' his groove on with the creature, producing half-human and wildly inappropriate offspring.

Codpiece of bull’s strength – At times a gentle touch is just not what’s needed.
Codpiece of endurance – Double your time double your fun.
Codpiece of major image – Just the thing or the man that has almost everything.
Codpiece of remove disease – Just in case you are in a seedy part of town and get the urge.
Cursed:
Codpiece of repulsion – This item only works on members of the opposite sex and only when the wearer wants to be approached.
Codpiece of disintegrate – The name says it all.
Codpiece of flesh to stone – No real description needed.
Codpiece of energy drain – Wearer feels extremely worn out after a ‘roll in the hay’.
I hope I didn't duplicate someone else's idea.

Codpiece of Unicorn Lure
When activated it will call any unicorn in 1000yards. When a unicorn comes to 100 yards the Unicorn Lure will cause sex change to female & virginity. From touch it will cause apowerful charm spell placed on both the wearer and the unicorn until the next sunrise.
