CW Dervish with 2 Weapons & Other Qs

3 questions re: CW Dervish

1st: If a dervish fights with two weapons, can s/he still only take one attack per step while dancing? For example, if s/he had two weapon fighting and improved two weapon fighting, and her attacks were 11/11/6/6/1, would s/he need to move 25' to use all of her attacks, or only 15'?

2nd: Can a Dervish dance while throwing weapons? e.g. can a character with Quickdraw toss daggers instead of making melee attacks during the dance? Do they get the dance bonus?

Can the same character mix actions? Toss daggers when out of range and make melee attacks when in range?

3rd: A very dumb question, but I want to doublecheck:

Can a dervish intersperse attacks from non-slashing weapons into a dervish dance? E.g. could a dervish/monk/fighter weilding a guisarme make an unarmed strike in the middle of his dance? If so, does s/he get the dance bonuses?

The Dervish Dance explination says "the dervish must move a minimum of five feet between each attack when using this ability..."

Even with two weapons she must move five feet. She'll have to move the whole 25'.

Again, they cannot use ranged attacks. The description says that only melee attacks specifically can be used.

"A Dervish may only perform a dance while wielding a slashing weapon (she may use a double weapon or multiple weapons only if both ends of the weapon or all weapons are of the slashing type)."

I'd say that a monk with a guisarme can do the dance, however he wouldn't be able to use his blunt natural weapons. Now, if he had some Feat that would make his attacks slashing, then it would be a different story.
