D&D (2024) D&D 2024 PHB errata thread

"Weaver's Tools" are 5 pounds. Tell that to her six looms!
Early looms where just a few study sticks. Could be 5lbs.

the 3 lb. Potter tools. Even a traveling potter still needs a kiln.
Clay was first fired with just a campfire and what you found by digging. 3lbs includes a small shovel.

It won't have the long term durability of a kiln fired pot, not something to pass down to your kids. But it would hold water for a while.

I realise that this question is slightly off-thread, because it addresses potential errata rather than actual differences between the print and digital versions of the PHB, but... how much do tools weigh, according to the PHB 2024?
Yes, the print version has the weights listed for each tool set. Here is an example:

It's too bad they didn't include a list of each tool set's contents like they did in Xanathar's. In that book, it says "Weaver’s tools include thread, needles, and scraps of cloth. You know how to work a loom, but such equipment is too large to transport."

Here's something that's in need of errata: The 2024 Flaming Sphere spell is listed as being a Conjuration spell in its description, but its entries on the Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard spell lists in the 2024 PHB have it as an Evocation spell.

Given it's Conjuration in the 2014 rules, either the spell list entries are in error, or they intended to change it to Evocation but forgot to update the spell's description.

Can confirm the error is present in both the physical and DDB versions.

Saw that my digital PHB 2024 updated today. Has anyone found a list of the changes?
Those updates aren't generally content changes. It's usually just back-end stuff, and if you're using the app, you can see what's been updated in a certain place. (My iPad is elsewhere so I can't point you to the specific location at this time.)

My digital 2024 MM and PHB show Zombie having -2 (8) to Initiative whereas the Zombie entry on DnD Beyond shows +2 (12). Clear that it's a website error. Also, my physical 2024 PHB Zombie shows 4 (1d6+1) damage while my physical and digital MM and digital PHB show 5 (1d8+1) for damage.
