Time to become a bee farmer and send the son out with the pet pig to find truffles. :)

Sorry Puk, was just responding to what he said.

Has there been a better breakdown on how the weapon attacks/swapping/bonus attacks/nick works? Have seen a dozen different ways people are thinking it works.

It seems the way it is worded is very much against RAI.
So after reading fabricate nothing stops me from making atomic bombs.

Just realized, it is now the official release date. Hope all of you get your books if you need them.

Here's another (unrelated) observation:

In the 2014 DMG, we have Pistols and Muskets. Bullets cost 3gp for 10, are destroyed on firing, and there's a Powder Horn for 35gp (though it only passingly mentions that the powder is used to fire the bullets, and has no rules on how, or any way that the horn becomes "used up". But the fluff is generally there.

There is no mention of gunpowder in the 2024 PHB at all., AFAICT. Now, I think we can assume that the 3gp per 10 bullets includes a cartridge of powder and a wadding, but it would be nice to mention it, I think.
The powder horn in the DMG is a type of grenade. It’s not actually required to use firearms, which still explicitly included powder as part of their ammunition.

The Roll20 2024 PHB incorporates the (stealth) errata.

Which implies blindness/deafness is transmutation, as that is how it appears on the Roll20 one.

Edit: but there is no errata for stealth (hiding).

Does that thread help? I am also reading it differently then a lot of posts there. Or is it more errata?
There is no errata for dual wielding, and it is unlikely we’ll get any. (It’s more likely Jeremy will give us some sage advice clarifying his intent.) EDIT: There are, however, numerous other threads, including the one I linked above, for discussing the matter.

They are going to lose a lot of the inertia from the release if he doesn't explain the combat and the 500 different ways people think weapon swapping works.

The first thing he needs to do is errata the term about swapping weapons before and after an attack.... to read attack action.

My friend reads that as a fighter with 4 attacks, a Nick attack, and a bonus action with Dual Wielder as being able to make 12 sheath/wield actions along with all those attacks in a 6 second period. I told my friend if he tried to juggle weapons that much, he would need to make an acrobatics check.
